1. 材料导向:利用先进的电子显微学手段研究材料的微观结构,从最根本的原子尺度上揭示其物理、化学性能背后的机理。材料体系包括新型低维纳米结构,新能源材料等。

2. 方法导向:从实验方法及理论上发展原子尺度显微成像和谱学分析。
