研究先容 

Research Interest



磁性新材料的研究非常重要,不仅是发展自旋电子学器件的基础,也是突破已有材料和器件功能壁垒的关键。大家主要通过激光分子束外延,操纵单个原子层的堆叠“lego”结构,在单原子基础上开发新材料,研究新型物理机制和结构作用下,包括(1)强自旋轨道耦合;(2)二维单原子层;(3)电荷及自旋有序性等,磁性材料的物性表现和深层原理,探索具有超小尺寸、超快响应等迫切需求的新型磁性材料及器件。
